The 27 year old woman was murdered in May of 2000.
An arrest was made 19 years later after her body was unearthed on a rural property in B.C..
Trent Larsen, who is now 52 years old, was arrested and charged with a single count of second degree murder.
Larsen was her boyfriend at the time.
