March 7, 2019: 2 men, 1 woman charged with 2nd-degree murder in Six Nations triple homicide
Though the crime is being investigated as a triple homicide by police, there were in fact four deaths that occurred.
Melissa Miller was seven months pregnant with a boy when they were slain near London Ontario in November of 2018.
In spite of this fact there will be no additional charges for her pre-born son. Canada is one of very few countries that does not observe a woman’s choice to carry the child to term when her and her baby are harmed or killed in commission of a violent crime.
