Carolyn Marie Sinclair’s pregnant body was found in a garbage bag near a Dumpster in Winnipeg.

Her killer was on probation when he killed Carolyn Sinclair and her pre-born child.

Police did not discover Sinclair’s body until March 31, 2012, after a passersby noticed blood leaking into the ally.

Her killer pleaded guilty to killing Carolyn Sinclair, 25, who was killed Dec. 18, 2011. Lorna Blacksmith, 18, who was killed Jan. 11, 2012.

He has 99 previous convictions.

He will serve 18 years total in prison for murdering the too women – one of which was pregnant.

Sinclair’s sister said she was unhappy with the sentence. “I was hoping he would get what he deserved,” she said. “That’s not much for taking two lives … I think he would do it all over again if he could.”
