Just weeks away from delivering her first child, Aysun Sesen was discussing baby names with her estranged husband when he suddenly flew into a rage and stabbed her six times with a kitchen knife.

On Oct. 2, 2007, despite three hours of surgery and an emergency C-section, the 25-year-old died, as did the little girl she wanted to name “Gul” or Rose.

In 2011 the 31 year old killer was sentenced  – he will not be eligible for parole for 12 years.
