Antoinette Daniels was last seen getting into a truck in the city on July 13, 2004. Her pregnant body was found floating in the North Saskatchewan River nine days later.

Her killer attempted to dispose of the body by burning it, and when that didn’t work, he dumped it in the river.

He pleaded guilty to second degree murder will be eligible for parole in 10 years.
